Recruitment Consultant – Bristol
We are seeking to appoint an Education Recruitment Consultant to run one of our Primary desks. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and building new business on an existing desk with regular and loyal clients. Additionally you will be responsible for interviewing new candidates, Teachers, Learning Support Assistants and Nursery workers, making security checks on these candidates and matching effectively to place them in suitable roles in school environments. You will also be required to keep in regular contact with your clients and maintain effective and longstanding relationships with them. A background in sales would be desirable but not essential. An understanding of Education would also be desirable but again, not essential. A competitive basic salary is offered with the opportunity to increase your salary by earning unlimited commission.
