Management vacancies
Masterlock's senior management
service is tailored to meet the short,
medium and long term needs of schools
across the U.K. who require stability
and good leadership whilst a
satisfactory long term solution is
found. Senior Managers are generally
required to cover specific
circumstances arising in a school such
as a vacancy, long term sickness,
assisting a school identified as having
serious weaknesses or being in special
measures. Assignments are generally
from half a term upward to a year
depending on the nature of the
requirement. Appointments to permanent
positions are also placed with
Masterlock. There is currently a
particular demand for senior managers
in the primary phase as well as for
specialist skills, particularly in
Early years, EBD and PRU
environments.
Strong personal and professional
qualities are sought from candidates
wishing to be considered for senior
management appointments, as assignments
can be challenging and difficult. Our
financial package is designed to
reflect the experience of the
candidate, the demands of the
assignment and the expectations of the
LEA or Governing Body. Where
applicable, relocation expenses are
negotiated as part of the recruitment
package.
