OUR SERVICE IN DETAIL
Masterlock's Education division is designed to provide schools with a comprehensive recruitment service ranging from teaching and senior personnel to non teaching staff such as Nursery Nurses and Classroom Assistants. We are able to meet the entire range of staffing needs from daily supply, short and long term cover through to permanent appointments.

Our recruitment service seeks to relieve Headteachers and senior managers of the burden of organising staff cover and provide staffing solutions which are effective in terms of both time and recruitment costs. Our consultants are either qualified and experienced teachers or qualified human resource professionals. All schools have to do is provide details of their requirements and we will do the rest. Any candidate that we recommend will have been interviewed and screened in accordance with our strict vetting procedures which include:-

LONG TERM & PERMANENT RECRUITMENT - NO APPOINTMENT, NO FEE
We have a large number of teaching and non-teaching staff seeking long term and permanent appointments and where necessary will advertise at our own expense.

All schools have to do is provide details of their requirements and we will produce a short list of candidates for consideration. Only candidates with the right skills, qualifications and personality will be put forward for consideration. All candidates will have been interviewed and screened in accordance with the vetting procedures outlined above.

There is no charge for this service until a suitable candidate has been chosen, accepted and commences employment. If we are unable to find the right candidate then no fee is payable. However, should you decide to employ one of our candidates, we offer a range of employment options to suit individual schools needs and circumstances. There is the option to employ through Masterlock on a daily basis, employ on a direct contract, in which case a one-off placement fee is payable to us, or utilise our temporary approval service which gives schools time to assess a candidate's suitability on a trial basis before committing to a direct contract - "try before you buy".

In addition, we provide a promised performance guarantee whereby, if a member of staff does not prove to be satisfactory within the first month, a free replacement will be given.
