Performance Assessment
As part of our continuing commitment
to providing the highest possible
service to schools we regard monitoring
and obtaining feedback on our staff to
be an essential part of our service. We
ask Headteachers to complete a
performance assessment on any member of
staff who has been with them for a half
term or longer and maintain regular
contact with schools to ensure that
they are completely satisfied with the
member of staff we have provided.
